Data Analyst
We're looking to add a smart, talented individual to our Data Analyst team. Our data analysts help us analyze customer data and track the progress of our new products and projects over time, as well as train other analysts on how to query our databases. This role is based out of our Elmhurst location but is a primarily remote position. Our team members meet in our Elmhurst office once a month for 2-3 consecutive days to help build relationships, learn, develop, and connect.

What does a Data Analyst do?
You will work with data we have on our customers and refine key metrics to track their experience. You will also create dashboards and reports that allow company leadership and project teams to track customer impact and operational progress. Additionally, you will conduct segmentation analysis based on customer data and identify potential opportunities for improvement.
What We Look For
The ideal candidate is a strong analytical and critical thinker with a background in statistics, mathematics, and/or computer science. They also have 1-2 years of project experience in data science or analytics. The candidate has demonstrated experience with data programming, querying, and visualization tools such as SQL, Python, and Tableau; Splunk and/or Neo4J experience is preferred, but not required. They also have strong data visualization skills to help advance the usefulness of our reports, along with strong communication skills.
Our Benefits
The starting pay range for this role is $90,000 – $100,000. Exact compensation may vary based on skills and experience. In addition to your base salary, you will also be eligible for Cash Profit Sharing and Retirement Fund (DPS) contributions. The role may also be eligible for a discretionary signing bonus and/or relocation assistance.
