Prosodica is seeking a Data Scientist II to help expand our Voice and Speech Analytics technology applications. In this role, your analytical skills will illuminate the potential within extensive datasets, driving significant insights that shape the future of our innovative solutions. Your work will involve meticulous data management – from gathering and cleaning to in-depth analysis. You will tackle diverse and intricate business challenges, converting data into meaningful, actionable insights for both internal decision-making and enhancing our customers' experiences. Your expertise will transform complex, raw data into clear, impactful information that directly contributes to our strategic goals.

What You’ll Do
- Leverage advanced data analysis techniques and cutting-edge technologies to innovate and solve complex problems unique to Prosodica’s needs
- Analyze data for trends and patterns. Develop reports and presentations for external and internal stakeholders, including preparing data visualizations and demos
- Design and integrate data-driven improvements to the data collection and analysis process, ensuring robust, efficient, and scalable solutions
- Collect structured and unstructured data and source missing data. Organize, clean, and validate data
- Build machine learning models through all phases of development, from concept to design, training, evaluation, validation, and productization
- Continually research industry-related topics such as new solutions for speech analytics, natural language processing, large language models, automatic performance measurements, and real-time coaching to humanize our customers’ contact center experiences

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, or a graduate degree in Data Science or a related technical field
- 2+ years of experience as a data scientist or analyst
- Proficient in data analysis
- Experience wrangling and cleaning big data
- Knowledge of coding and advanced data manipulation
- Knowledge of statistics
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with developers and other highly technical personnel
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau
- Experience working with SQL and Python
- Excellent communication skills
