Sr Analyst, New Ventures at a glance
Senior Analyst, New Ventures will play a critical role in Kraft Heinz's transformation. Operating within the Global New Ventures team, you will help chart a new path forward for KH in the health & wellness space, with a focus on functional foods. This role will support the transformation of our business by entering new markets, appealing to new consumers & embracing new business models. The role will be focused on strategic analysis, leading modeling efforts & support in building the strategic vision for health & wellness at Kraft Heinz.
What's on the menu?
- Contribute to building the KH inorganic growth strategy in health & wellness by partnering in driving critical workstreams, including: the functional foods investment thesis, market assessments, target identification, asset due diligence, integration plans
- Prepare and present strategic documents to a variety of internal stakeholders, including functional & global leaders
- Own data strategy for New Ventures team - identify optimal sources to build holistic view of the market & lead data analysis & insights for the team
- Build target lists for M&A activity, support team in early target assessment & outreach
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to support New Ventures as required on a variety of strategic processes - market & competitive assessments, benchmarking, new business opportunities, M&A due diligence, investment strategies, partnership agreements

- I have demonstrated skills in consultative/growth mindset, structured problem-solving and strategic analysis
- I have experience leading financial modeling and pro-forma analysis
- I have experience leveraging syndicated data sources (e.g., IRI, Nielsen, etc.) to analyze and inform strategic planning
- I have strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts into straightforward messaging
- I have built winning relationships: cross-functional collaboration to align stakeholders and gain their buy-i n
- I am intellectually curious, with demonstrated ability to drive work forward independently

Office Collaboration & Hybrid Work Environment
We believe our office environment fuels our collaboration, connection & community as an organization and allows our employees to grow toward greatness. We also believe providing a more flexible and agile model is essential in today's workplace. A majority of our office-based employees will be able to work remotely for up to two days each week. Additionally, employees who are subject to this hybrid model will be eligible to work from anywhere for up to six weeks in a rolling 12-month period (in maximum two-week increments and according to benefits and tax guidelines).
