Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to expand the affiliate program, including recruitment of new affiliates and retention of existing ones
- Develop strategic vision for acquisition and revenue growth in the affiliate, marketplace & reseller channels
- Lead, manage and develop the channel strategy alongside a team of 3 channel marketing managers
- Analyze and report on channel KPIs to enable data driven decisions, facilitate the building of new reports to provide visibility to additional optimization opportunities
- Identify key trends and patterns in the digital and e-commerce markets and work with the team to brainstorm new projects/partners/initiatives to test
- Collaborate across all marketing teams and departments to ensure multi-channel marketing campaigns are executed effectively to create seamless customer experiences and grow desired customer behavior (examples include, but are not limited to alignment with industry, customer retention, customer CLV, landing page testing, product attribute testing)
- Partner closely with Analytics, Data Science, and Product Management to align roadmaps and build test plans
- Organize and prioritize task lists, timelines, deliverables, and communications for the team
- Ensure channel expertise is shared to drive effectiveness in planning, prevent issues and encourage strategic development
- Present account performance and testing initiatives to Leadership Team and sister companies
- Communicate and partner with external vendors and partners to develop new tests, increase revenue, profitability, and/or ROAS depending on business direction
- Develop strategy for Supplier Funded Marketing campaigns, ensure properly executed, report on results and optimization opportunities to help grow the program within digital marketing
- Set clear team objectives and ensure alignment with the overall marketing and business goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in a business-related field (Marketing, Business, Advertising, etc.)
- 3+ years of work experience required in digital marketing preferably within affiliate marketing, marketplace and reselling program experience
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills
- Knowledge and understanding of digital tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, SA360
- Strong business acumen
- Strong spreadsheet modeling (pivot tables and vlookup) and presentation creation skills
- Basic understanding of statistics and testing methods (i.e. A/B Testing)
- Working knowledge and understanding of SQL, BigQuery, R and/or other query tools on large databases is a plus
