ABOUT THIS ROLE
Apex Fintech Solutions is seeking a talented Compensation Analyst who will play a crucial role in designing, analyzing, and implementing compensation strategies to support our company's objectives . The ideal candidate will possess advanced proficiency in Excel and a strong background in data analytics . The Compensation Analyst will collaborate closely with HR, finance, and other stakeholders to ensure that our compensation programs are competitive, equitable , and aligned with business goals. Previous experience utilizing Workday HR system, specifically in advanced compensation modules and administering compensation cycles, is highly desirable. The Compensation Analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze compensation data, conduct market research, and provide insights to drive informed decision-making.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Utilize analytical tools such as Excel and HCM reporting within HRIS to analyze compensation data and trends.
- Assist in d evelop ing and maintain ing complex compensation models to support salary structures, incentive plans, and bonus programs.
- Conduct detailed data analysis to evaluate the effectiveness and competitiveness of our compensation strategies.
- Collaborate with HR partners to assess job roles, conduct market benchmarking, and make recommendations for salary adjustments.
- Assist in the administration of compensation programs, including annual merit cycles, bonus payouts, and equity grants.
- Support the implementation and optimization of Workday Advanced Compensation modules, including configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate key findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to compensation and benefits.
Education & Experience Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources , Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 - 3 years of experience in compensation analysis or a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certification preffered.
Required Skills/Abilities
- Ability to work in collaborative team environment while also managing individual projects independently.
- Strong knowledge of compensation principles, market analysis, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong analytical skills including advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel can interpret and synthesize data from multiple sources.
- Experience with Workday HCM, specifically Advanced Compensation modules, is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
