We're looking for talented and highly motivated engineering project managers to join our team. The ideal candidate is adept at managing expectations and communication across many stakeholders, and has a strong technical understanding of software, data and security systems. WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Lead one or more projects through the end to end project delivery lifecycle

  • Effectively communicate the status of all projects across the team, highlighting issues or conflicts between teams to stakeholders and management

  • Create and publish a weekly status report that outlines the state of projects

  • Obtain and define staffing requirements and form project delivery teams

  • Plan and estimate all associated work required to meet project goals

  • Provide direction and leadership to project management analysts and engineers

  • Develop methods to assess project progress while utilizing established standards and quality objectives

  • Conduct efficient project meetings

  • Communicate individual project roles and expectations to the team

  • Ensure all project team members have the tools and training necessary to perform effectively

  • Identify and remove impediments/blockers in order to keep teams productive

  • Manage project scope and diligently identify and communicate potential changes in scope

  • Demonstrate advanced knowledge and technical competence

  • Exercise independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance with broad scope and high complexity



WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • You have a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience

  • You have 3+ years of software project management experience

  • You’ve demonstrated an exceptional capability to deliver large, technically complex projects

  • You have experience managing projects across large teams and working with enterprise partners

  • You’re comfortable with different software development methodologies, and understand the strengths and weaknesses of each

  • You have a deep understanding of how computer and software systems work

  • You have the ability to make real-time independent decisions when conditions change, based on a strong understanding of the business and technical context

  • You have strong multi-tasking capabilities and can easily adapt to change in a fast-paced environment
