Position Summary: The Financial Analyst will be responsible for the timely and accurate reporting and forecasting of financial performance, with primary focus on revenues and cost of goods sold. The Financial Analyst will also partner internally with Sales, Operations, and Product teams to support pricing initiatives.

Responsibilities: 

• P&L Support
  • Perform detailed revenue analysis by product line and customer to provide value-add insights to the business
  • Forecast revenue for the customer portfolio by partnering with theAccount Management team, evaluating usage-based trends, and applying retention assumptions.
  • Create and maintain product-level and customer-level P&Ls 
  • Develop and maintain cost analysis to attribute cost of goods sold to individual products and customers 
  • Compare and analyze financial results against plans and forecasts
  • Improve financial status by analyzing results, monitoring variances, identifying trends, and recommending actions to management
• Pricing Support
  • Partner with Product and Commercial organizations to maintain and update price list
  • Improve company profit margins by understanding of pricing strategy and supporting quote request process
  • Communicate internally with Sales, Operations, and Account Management to evaluate opportunities and deliver accurate pricing
• Other Financial Support
  • Support in preparing monthly presentation and analysis for the Board of Directors
  • Partner with Accounting to complete monthly financial close
  • Ad-hoc projects, as necessary
  • All other duties assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

• 2 - 5 years of business finance or relevant experience
• Preferred bachelor degree in Finance, Business, or a related degree
• High proficiency in financial modeling
• Strong fluency with excel formulas and functions
• Strong analytical and data gathering skills

Preferred Qualificaitons:

• SaaS or DaaS reporting experience
• Demonstrated ability to partner with colleagues outside of finance/accounting
• Entrepreneurial mindset
• SalesForce experience
• Netsuite experience
• Product pricing and/or costing experience
