I've been in the startup world for 13 years. Communication is the most important thing that will determine our success. You must always stay in contact with our team and never go "radio silent". Because this job is a remote, I rely heavily on excellent communication to keep the momentum high, the project developed right and on time. 

I'm looking for someone with 5-7+ years in the below technologies. You will be working with an extremely skilled and seasoned lead developer on this project. He will oversee the development strategy, progress, and all code. He is very good and a great person to know and work with. You will learn a lot from him. Trust me :)

This job is remote

You must live in the Chicago-land area. I want to work with you a couple times a week. Maybe at a coffee shop, or perhaps at 1871. We will decide as we go.

This is a part-time to full time position depending on your skill level and flexibility. If you have too many other projects on your plate, this job is not for you.

This job can be full-time immediately or in very near future. The pay is equivalent to $100,000 per year. 

Initially, this is a freelance contract. There are no benefits, except you will be working on an extremely good project and you will have total freedom of your work schedule.
