JOB DESCRIPTION

• Performs electrical, welding, carpentry and masonry work associated with all building equipment, accessories and components.
• This includes producing all support documentation such as calculations, materials lists and as built drawings.
• Provides assistance in the various duties in heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC), mechanical, chemical and electrical disciplines.
• Assists in problem solving and training of subordinates in the repair and installation of building equipment and components.
• Performs other duties as directed.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Facilities and/or commercial maintenance and repair experience highly preferred.
• Certifications and/or licensing in HVAC or a related area highly preferred.
• Ability to work onsite Monday through Friday in Northbrook, IL.
• Ability to commit to a 2nd shift schedule (2p-10p) required.
