Job Description
Motorola Solutions is looking for a Business Systems Analyst / ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) Specialist with strong knowledge of order-to-cash processes, Oracle experience preferred. A candidate who is highly analytical, business savvy and can partner with key decision makers to drive successful outcomes. We have a results-oriented culture built on innovation and teamwork.
Scope of Responsibilities / Expectations
Collaborate with with Cross-functional IT and business teams to work on IT ERP integration/implementation projects.
Demonstrate strong skills in project execution, including project management, problem-solving, and facilitation.
Conduct requirements sessions, perform application capability analysis, assess end to end system impacts, and design functional solutions.
Lead the identification of key risks/issues and device mitigation plans for complex projects
Lead internal practice initiatives to help continually improve IT ERP integration practice for acquired entities.
Desired Background/Knowledge/Skills
Experience in supporting projects involving IT strategy, architecture, infrastructure, cost and value, operating models and the optimization of technology processes and services.
Good understanding of Oracle ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) technology
Knowledge of core ERP processes (order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, record-to-report, etc.)
Strong written and verbal communication, analytical mindset, a knack for problem-solving, and a desire to learn
Ability to build relationships, influence key decision-makers, and collaborate on a cross-functional team comprised of diverse personalities, skill sets, and levels of experience
Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Ability to manage project task execution independently and get all associated team members to deliver their tasks on time, both with and without direct authority
Ability to synthesize and interpret technical data and business concepts
Self-Starter with an entrepreneurial spirit
Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding, and rapidly changing environment
Proven ability to manage IT projects from concept to implementation that span multiple systems and business processes
Basic Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
2+ years of experience in IT ERP system analysis and implementation
