ABOUT THIS ROLE
As the Senior Manager, B2B Demand Generation, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive demand for our products or services, ultimately contributing to revenue growth. You create and execute multi-channel campaigns that generate leads, nurture prospects, and accelerate the sales pipeline. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in demand generation, strong leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
Duties/Responsibilities

  • Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive demand generation strategies aligned with company goals and objectives. Identify target audiences, segments, and key market opportunities to maximize campaign effectiveness. Continuously evaluate and optimize strategies based on market trends, competitive analysis, and performance metrics.
  • Campaign Management: Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email marketing, content marketing, digital advertising, events, and more. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product marketing, sales) to ensure alignment of messaging, content, and goals across all campaigns. Monitor campaign performance and metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Lead Generation and Nurturing: Drive the generation of high-quality leads through various channels, focusing on lead acquisition, engagement, and conversion. Develop and implement lead nurturing programs to guide prospects through the buyer's journey and accelerate their progression through the sales funnel. Work closely with sales teams to ensure alignment on lead quality, quantity, and handoff processes.
  • Content Development: Oversee the creation of compelling content assets (e.g., whitepapers, case studies, webinars) to support demand generation efforts and engage target audiences. Collaborate with content marketing and creative teams to develop relevant and impactful content that resonates with target personas and addresses their pain points.
  • Marketing Technology and Automation: Evaluate, implement, and manage marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and other tools to support demand generation initiatives. Utilize data and analytics to drive decision-making and improve campaign performance through segmentation, personalization, and targeting.
  • SEO & SEM Management: Develop and execute demand generation strategies to drive qualified leads and meet sales objectives, with a focus on leveraging SEO and SEM tactics. Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including search engines, display networks, and social media platforms. Conduct keyword research, analyze website traffic data, and implement on-page and off-page SEO techniques to improve organic search visibility and rankings. Create and manage pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns, including keyword targeting, ad copywriting, bid management, and performance tracking.


Education and/or Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; master's degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, with a focus on lead generation, nurturing, and conversion.
  • 3+ years of experience as a people manger.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns that drive measurable results.
  • Deep experience platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO platforms (e.g. Moz Pro, SEMrush)


Required Skills/Abilities

  • Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing technology and automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with a data-driven and results-oriented approach to marketing.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and market conditions.
