At PatientPoint, we're on the lookout for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Recruiter to join our vibrant HR team. As our Recruiter, your primary mission will be to deploy ingenious strategies to scout and engage top-tier talent across various functions, from Product, Revenue operations, to Sales and Account Management and beyond. Moreover, you'll serve as a trusted Talent Consultant, providing invaluable insights and guidance to our hiring teams on market trends, interviewing best practices, and cutting-edge sourcing strategies. This role isn't just about filling positions; it's about sculpting a workforce that drives our organization's growth and success.
What You Will Do
- Support our organization’s workforce plans and hiring priorities
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers as a talent consultant to craft tailored sourcing strategies and refine position requirements
- Elevate our hiring managers' expertise by imparting knowledge on interviewing best practices and innovative sourcing techniques
- Research and identify optimal sourcing channels, companies, and skillsets to engage a diverse talent pool
- Source both active and passive talent through creative identification and engagement approaches
- Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, assessing responses, and comparing qualifications to job requirements
- Communicate the company’s employee value proposition in a compelling way to attract and close candidates
- Partner with hiring managers to guide and facilitate the recruitment process, including providing regular search updates and reporting
- Identify opportunities for process improvements across the talent acquisition lifecycle
- Ensure compliance and avoid legal risks by understanding current legislation, enforcing regulations with hiring managers
- Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations.
- Support projects and initiatives aligned to talent acquisition priorities
What We Need
- 5+ years of recruiting experience in a corporate and/or agency search or staffing environment
- Prior experience with sourcing tools including but not limited to LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed
- Experience working with an Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Greenhouse preferred
- Effective communication skills – both interpersonal and written
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with a Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) platform
- Prior experience launching drip marketing campaigns to engage passive talent
