Lead team members in accomplishing project deliverables and provide training and mentoring to junior employees. Develop software using Perl, Python, Java, or other languages to create automated functional and load tests against products’ web applications. Use tools and languages including Selenium Webdriver, RSpec, Cucumber, Java, Ruby on Rails, and Angular. Research new technologies or industry best practices and share new insights. Coordinate with internal IP telephony and web product teams to accomplish coding deliverables.

As a Software Engineer, you will be developing next generation Interactive Voice Response application solutions using the latest frameworks and tools. You will design, develop, and deploy application solutions for the company’s expanding list of clients using advanced call processing, speech and network technologies.

Assist with full cycle recruiting pipeline and HR tasks, manage onboarding process, coordinate interviews, collaborate on HR initiatives, and maintain HR tools and systems.

As a UX/UI Designer III, you will lead the creation of intuitive, data-driven digital products for B2B end-users, collaborate with product managers, mentor designers, and contribute to design excellence. Responsibilities include designing for web applications, crafting user interactions for data visualization, creating UX/UI documentation, collaborating with developers, and maturing the UX practice. Qualifications include 4+ years of UX/UI experience, proficiency in design tools, strong familiarity with web standards, and a design-related degree preferred.
