If binge-watching the first three seasons of Netflix’s Stranger Things has made you obsessed with all things ‘80s, then you’ll want to check out the new game Stern Pinball just announced.
The machine puts players right in the middle of Hawkins, Indiana and the Upside Down, where terrifying supernatural beings, strange sightings and government secrets are around every corner. The gameplay focuses on unlocking the mysteries surrounding Hawkins National Laboratory and features characters like Police Chief Jim Hopper, Will, Joyce, Dustin, Mike and Lucas as they help their friend, Eleven, close the dimensional gate.

“Stranger Things is one of the most successful shows of all time, connecting with people around the world and across generations,” said Stern Pinball Chairman and CEO, Gary Stern, in a statement. “This game features action, mystery, suspense, and humor; Stranger Things is a perfect fit for pinball.”

The pinball machine comes in three models – Pro, Premium and Limited Edition – and all of them are chock-full of hand-drawn art and references Stranger Things fans will surely geek out over, including a custom sculpted, interactive Demogorgon bash toy, a Demodog spinner and game rules that transports players to the Upside Down randomly.
Premium and Limited Edition versions feature a video projector that displays animations directly on the playing field, creating interactive gameplay action. The play field has a ramp that doubles as a screen and leads the player to a one-on-one battle with the Demogorgon, too. They also have an Eleven-themed “telekinetic” magnetic ball lock.
These games aren’t cheap, though. One pinball machine can set you back between $6,099 to $9,099 depending on the version, according to Stern Pinball’s website.
