As the US Head of Product Management for ION’s post-trade suite, you will lead client engagements, manage a product team, and contribute to the company’s strategic product roadmap, while acting as a liaison with clients and regulators in the cleared derivatives space.

The Technical Support Analyst will provide second-level technical application support, investigate incidents, communicate updates to clients, and ensure the functionality of software. They will develop knowledge of supported software and assist with incident management and service restoration, while collaborating with other departments.

As a Sales and Account Manager, you'll engage with clients, selling ION Markets' fintech solutions, developing account plans, managing sales pipelines, and maintaining strong customer relationships to drive upsell opportunities and achieve sales targets.
