As an Account Executive on our content management team, you will gain exposure to top tier brands while working with teammates and cross-functional teams that bring a wealth of knowledge to each project. You may also be supported by an Associate Account Executive, whom you will have the opportunity to help mentor and grow.
You will support the cross-functional team in pioneering best practices and innovative processes that further our brand and elevate our ways of working within our content management system. You will cover everything from implementation to internal and external quality assurance, including effective delivery of the finalized product.
You are dedicated to making sure the small things are as important as the big things and keeping a keen eye on the details. Building and developing relationships excites you, and you easily connect and build confidence and trust with others. Passionate about crafting processes and optimizations, you excel at moving things forward seamlessly and efficiently.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ORGANIZATION

  • Coordinates the day-to-day responsibilities of delivery of client's programs within the content management process
  • Develops and maintains an active, positive, and productive working relationship with clients b ased on trust, success, and executional excellence
  • Develops a strong rapport with cross-functional teams to inspire trust, collaboration, and productivity within the agency and external partners
  • Understands the functions and processes across all functional teams
  • Coordinates and track projects through agency processes to ensure the highest level of execution and communication to internal partners
  • Supports the evolution of our content management processes, best practices, and training documentation with cross-functional leads including Creative, Content Ops, Data Management, and Project Management
  • Manages programs with varying deadlines and monitors the deliverables of cross-functional teams per those timelines
  • Demonstrates the ability to manage details ensuring accuracy and responsiveness
  • Coordinates and participates in internal and client meetings ensuring notes and takeaways are distributed


SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO HAVE

  • 2-3 years of experience in relevant account management position
    • Prior experience in digital retail or product development is preferred but not required
  • Project management skills
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to produce and maintain trusted client relationships
  • Possesses strong emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills
  • Resourceful and solution-oriented; a proactive self-starter
  • Demonstrated professionalism and a strong work ethic
  • Possess excellent organization skills and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with project/task management tools such as JIRA, Airtable and Smartsheet
  • Experience with digital content assets & web-based content management systems preferred
