Are you passionate about integrating cutting-edge marketing automation technologies and improving business efficiency through automation? We are seeking a self-motivated Adobe Workfront Integration Architect to lead our integration efforts for Adobe Workfront and Workfront Fusion platforms. As part of our dynamic team, you will design and develop system architectures and integrations to create a fast, efficient, and secure single intake platform. This role is perfect for someone with a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a desire to innovate.

Information Security Responsibilities

• Promote and enforce awareness of key information security practices, including acceptable use of information assets, malware protection, and password security protocols
• Identify, assess, and report security risks, focusing on how these risks impact the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets
• Understand and evaluate how data is stored, processed, or transmitted, ensuring compliance with data privacy and protection standards (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
• Ensure data protection measures are integrated throughout the information lifecycle to safeguard sensitive information

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement comprehensive marketing integration setups, workflows and automation solutions with a special emphasis on Adobe Workfront Fusion. Leverage event-driven architecture integration patterns to develop a seamless and efficient intake platform.
• Design and develop system architecture, integrations, and intake workflows. Ensure scalability, performance, and security of the integration platforms.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other enterprise systems using connectors and APIs.
• Review and integrate all application requirements, including functional, security, integration, performance, quality, and operational requirements.
• Develop and implement automation strategies for Workfront and Fusion platforms to streamline processes and increase efficiency.
• Analyze complex business processes to identify areas for improvement and design automated workflows, scripts, and processes to enhance system performance.
• Ensure all automation projects meet quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget.
• Maintain and update automation documentation, provide training, and mentor team members on best practices and techniques.
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements in automation technology and Workfront feature releases to make informed recommendations for implementation.
• Effectively communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders and senior management.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5-8 years of experience in SaaS implementation and integration architecture
• Proficient in web service APIs, including authentication methods like OAuth, HTTP basic auth, and API keys
• Deep understanding of Adobe Workfront’s data model, integration processes, and object types
• Experience with Adobe Workfront Fusion and integrating AEM with Workfront
• Familiarity with Adobe Workfront native connectors and related products
• Familiarity with AEM and its capabilities
• Workfront Integration and Workfront Fusion certifications preferred
• Proven experience developing integrations for marketing automation technology.
• Strong technical background in Adobe Workfront Fusion and systems integration.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
