Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Entry Level Back-End Associate to join our growing technical team in Chicago. This role is ideal for individuals eager to build a solid foundation in back-end development while contributing to the performance, security, and scalability of our systems. You will work closely with developers, analysts, and project stakeholders to support and enhance core backend functionalities.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and maintenance of server-side applications and APIs

  • Support database management, data handling, and system optimization tasks
