Content Operations Associate

PerkSpot is searching for a Content Operations Associate to join our Content Operations team! Founded in 2006, we are on a Mission to Save Our Members Money by providing exclusive access to the best discounts available - anywhere. We ensure employees see offers curated to their interests, allowing them to save on electronics, home goods, meal delivery, mortgages, travel, and all the other little-and big-things that will make life a bit easier.
What you'll accomplish:

• Advocate for the member experience, ensuring that copy, landing pages, CTAs, and promo codes make sense from a customer's POV
• Optimize offer content for clicks and conversions for both email and site exposure
• Collaborate with sales and merchandising teams to strategize offer execution
• Field requests for live and upcoming deals while gatekeeping quality content
• Liaise with merchants, sales, and creative teams on branding updates and requirements, including writing, creating, and collecting assets for placements
• Continuously partner with other team members to identify processes and content workflows that are out of sync and need a revamp

What we're looking for:

• 2-3 years of experience in a B2C role within a fast-paced, agile environment
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and collaborate with creatives, engineers, and salespeople alike to deliver the best member experience
• Experience and comfort in joining merchant calls to provide feedback on content strategies
• Skills in content management and project management systems
• Stellar written communication & ability to multi-task
• Solution-focused, team-oriented, creative, adaptable, and ability to take initiative
• Proficiency in any/all of the following: Salesforce, Confluence, Jira, AirTable, and various content management systems
• Affiliate marketing, e-commerce, and/or tech field experience strongly preferred - Interested in certain fields
