We are looking for Executive Assistants (EAs) who are IMPACT MAKERS - supportive and strategic partners empowering our senior leadership, here at Kraft Heinz.
The ideal candidates are proactive problem solvers with exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention for details. Our EAs are experts at the art of stakeholder management, seeing around corners and anticipating leader needs while enabling them to achieve our Company ambitions. Our EAs support coordinating our executive teams and uniting people across the organization to keep momentum towards our ambitions through sound enablement while truly living our Values.
Our Executive Assistants:
- Know and champion our values, how we work and where we win with internal and external partners, stakeholders and employees
- Are true backstage managers who plan and execute at a high level, anticipating needs and adjusting as necessary
- Proactively solve problems and improve procedures for efficiency and productivity to support leaders and coordinate internal and external resources accordingly
- Demonstrate sound business and financial acumen and speak the language of their leader(s) and our business
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with peers, senior executives, and external partners, sometimes acting as the leader's proxy or voice
Our EAs Make an Impact through Exceptional Executive Administrative Support
- Go way beyond "calendar Tetris" to strategically support your leader(s) to prioritize, manage their time and energy, and accomplish their goals
- Ensure leaders are equipped to engage effectively by managing meeting agendas, resources, preparation work and details
- Manage senior executives' travel logistics and activities to maximize their leader time and personal well-being
Our EAs Make an Impact through Strategic Operations Management
- Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials
- Manage invoices, vendors and expenses following company process and within designated tools and systems
- Organize communications from the office of their leader in partnership with our Corporate Communications teams, drafting where appropriate and/or coordinating approvals
Our EAs Make an Impact through Efficient Office Coordination
- Manage a high volume of tasks, information and communication in a way that upholds culture, champions our brand, and helps the leaders shine
- Thoughtfully plan and flawlessly execute internal and offsite events
- Lead or support other projects as needed
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
- Exceptional interpersonal communication and collaboration skills required, experience working in an interdependent/matrixed organization preferred
- Ability to practice sound judgment and work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexible and adaptable; experience navigating ambiguity, changing priorities, and fast pace
- Excellent listening and synthesizing skills; able to effectively navigate conflict and contrasting opinions and points of view
- Proficiency with office productivity tools and an aptitude for learning new software and systems

Office Collaboration & Hybrid Work Environment
We believe our office environment fuels our collaboration, connection & community as an organization and allows our employees to grow toward greatness. We also believe providing a more flexible and agile model is essential in today's workplace. A majority of our office-based employees will be able to work remotely for up to two days each week. Additionally, employees who are subject to this hybrid model will be eligible to work from anywhere for up to six weeks in a rolling 12-month period (in maximum two-week increments and according to benefits and tax guidelines). Some jobs may be required to be performed fully in office depending on the role's responsibilities and requirements.
