The Fullstack Application Developer will design, build, and maintain a platform for marketing teams, focusing on both front-end and back-end development while mentoring junior developers.
This is a remote position.
Map Labs is looking for a Fullstack Application Developer. In this role, you’ll design, build, ship, and maintain the platform that allows marketing teams to optimize Google and Apple maps.
What you will be working on
- Creating new features for our SaaS product from start to finish, focusing on the front-end code.
- Maintaining and enhancing existing features.
- Participate in scrum meetings, retrospectives, demonstrations, and daily stand-ups.
- Collaborate with a dynamic team of talented developers to advance the company roadmap.

Requirements
Requirements & Skills
- 5+ years of experience as a web application developer
- Extensive knowledge of Javascript, Typescript and Python
- Experience using frameworks such as Angular (Typescript) and Flask/FastApi (Python)
- Good understanding of UX best practices and Software Architecture principles
- Experience building web applications and consuming REST API’s
- Basic knowledge of MongoDB or other NoSQL databases
- Working knowledge of GIT
- Knowledge of English: must have verbal and written proficiency in English. C1 Level or better (British Council Levels).
