Location: PSS – Lisbon (Central), Portugal

At Thales, you’ll join our HR Shared Service Center, supporting employees and managers across different countries while helping deliver a consistent, high-quality employee experience — every single day.

French language skills are required to support HR activities for our organization in France.

Responsabilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for employees providing support on a wide range of HR topics with a people-first approach.

  • Own and support the end-to-end employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.

  • Maintain and update HR systems and employee data, ensuring accuracy, compliance and high data quality standards.

  • Support international HR operations, including onboarding, mobility processes and day-to-day HR administration.

  • Prepare and manage HR documentation (contracts, letters, reports) in a timely and accurate manner.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and HR projects, helping optimize processes and enhance employee experience.

Requirements:

  • A degree in HR, Management or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience in HR operations.

  • Fluency in French and English (mandatory).

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently and empathetically with different stakeholders.

  • A detail-oriented and structured mindset, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

  • A proactive, adaptable and solution-driven attitude in a fast-paced, international environment.

  • Experience with tools like Workday or ServiceNow is a plus.
