Cognida.ai, a dynamic and rapidly growing AI company, seeks a passionate Junior Software Sales Specialist to join our North American Go-To Market team. We're on a mission to bring practical AI and Machine Learning (ML) solutions to a diverse customer base, and we're looking for someone who shares our enthusiasm.

In this role, you'll play a vital role in executing sales strategies for Zunō, our innovative suite of AI accelerators. You'll leverage your SaaS sales experience to identify high-potential customers, understand their unique needs, and demonstrate how Zuno can empower them to achieve their AI/ML goals.

Here's what we're looking for in a successful candidate:

  • 1-3 years of experience in SaaS sales and/or sales support. You'll possess a strong understanding of SaaS solutions, including their benefits, trade-offs, and value propositions.
  • A general, high-level understanding of AI and its applications. You have an appreciation for different flavors of AI – Gen AI, Computer Vision, Predictive AI, NLP etc.
  • A demonstrable passion for SaaS and AI acceleration solutions. You're excited about the potential of AI/ML and eager to help businesses unlock its power.
  • A proven track record of success in selling SaaS solutions. You have experience tailoring sales approaches to meet specific customer needs and achieving positive sales outcomes.
  • Strong hunting skills. You're proficient in developing new sales pipelines through cold calling and email outreach.
  • A Bachelor's degree (preferred) in a relevant field (technical or commercial).
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills. You thrive in a team environment and have the ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Ability to collaborate with inside sales team globally and share success.
  • A problem-solving mindset. You enjoy analyzing customer needs and devising creative solutions that deliver value.
  • A passion for building relationships. You enjoy interacting with customers and colleagues, and you're motivated by being part of a global organization.

Benefits:

Cognida.ai provides a compelling total rewards program for its associates which includes Health Benefits, 401K plan, HSA plans, training, certifications and generous vacation time.

Base Compensation: $55,000 - $ 61,000

Sales Commission: 3% to 4% of bookings (uncapped) depending on clients, size of deal, duration, industry and pull through revenue.
