Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic marketing associate to join our growth marketing team. As part of this energetic team, you will play a key role in executing marketing strategies aimed at driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for marketing and a keen interest in contributing to the growth of our brand.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

  • Assist in implementing SEO strategies and best practices to improve search engine rankings and increase organic traffic to our website

  • Assist with conducting keyword research to guide content creation and optimize existing content, including website copy, blog posts, and landing pages

  • Collaborate with the content team to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into content creation and marketing materials

  • Analyze website performance using SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz) and generate reports on rankings, traffic, and other key metrics

  • Monitor and evaluate search results and search performance across major search channels to improve rankings

  • Work closely with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code and features

  • Assist with uploading and formatting content into website CMS and implementing interlinking

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithms updates, and industry best practices to adjust strategies accordingly

  • Support broader growth marketing initiatives, including social media management, email marketing campaigns, and PPC advertising efforts, with an SEO perspective

  • Participate in creative brainstorming sessions for campaign ideas and growth strategies, ensuring a cohesive and integrated approach across all marketing channels

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field

  • Strong interest in SEO and digital marketing

  • Understanding of fundamental SEO principles, strategies, and techniques

  • Familiarity with SEO analytics and research tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create SEO-friendly content

  • Creative thinker with an analytical mindset, adept at analyzing data and making data-driven decisions

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams

  • Highly organized with great attention to detail
