This role is part of Chamberlain Group’s Marketing team. The Manager, Marketing – B2C will (i) Support development and lead execution of annual marketing planning, execution and measurement for assigned area of business (ii) Execute Marketing activations and contribute to the development of Marketing strategies that have measurable business impact, (iii) Drive the execution of Marketing campaigns for core GDOs and low-volume Accessories. This role requires a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or relevant field and 6+ years of experience in marketing; ideally experience with both hardware and software/service selling.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support development and lead execution of annual marketing planning, execution and measurement for assigned area of business

  • Execute Marketing activations and contribute to the development of Marketing strategies that have measurable business impact

  • Drive the execution of Marketing campaigns for core GDOs and low-volume Accessories

  • Manage marketing project timelines and follow up with marketing team members, other departments, and agency partners to ensure deadlines are met

  • Establish marketing program KPIs, measure impact and make recommendations to improve program effectiveness based on insights

  • Partner closely with our Insights and Product teams to understand consumer needs, customer needs and the broader competitive landscape

  • Create impactful advertising content that builds myQ brand awareness, drives product consideration and accelerates purchase conversion

  • Work cross functionally with partners in Product, Sales and Channel Marketing to develop and execute holistic commercial plans that meet business goals

  • Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across their teams.

  • Protect Chamberlain Group’s reputation by keeping information confidential.

  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reading professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.

  • Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed.

Job Requirements:

  • BS/BA degree in Marketing, Communications or related field

  • 6+ years of experience in marketing; ideally experience with both hardware and software/service selling 

  • Digital Marketing – Skilled at leveraging the full complement of digital marketing tools

  • Analytics – Performance marketing experience driving marketing strategy with a data-driven mindset

  • Innovation – Proven experience launching new services with an installed base of customers

  • Technology – Sales Force Marketing Cloud, Pardot, ABM platforms, Google Analytics, CDP experience

  • Agency - Experience managing vendors and agencies and/or internal creative teams

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly deliver information to a variety of audiences

  • High customer centricity / customer-first orientation

  • Demonstrated ability to build effective, cohesive omni-channel campaigns

  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills at both macro and micro levels

  • Solid project management expertise and ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously

  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time mainly in North America

Preferred

  • Strong understanding of the smart home category and emerging trends

  • Strong organizational and project management capabilities to plan, execute, and monitor multiple marketing campaigns simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines

  • Creative, yet analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making and measure campaign effectiveness

  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for innovation

  • Ability to provide leadership, mentorship, and build internal culture

  • Adept at working in a cross-functional organization

  • Comfortable in a hyper-growth, fast-paced, and self-starter environment for a large consumer brand

  • Demonstrated ability to interpret marketing data and analytics to draw insights, make data-driven decisions, and optimize campaign performance

The pay range for this position is $97,700 - $157,475; base pay offered may vary depending on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.  In addition to base pay, also offered is a comprehensive benefits package and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).  This position is eligible for participation in a short-term incentive plan subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.
