The Role

Belvedere Trading is a leading proprietary trading firm proudly headquartered in downtown Chicago. Belvedere Trading is a rapidly growing proprietary trading firm seeking a Branding & Communications Coordinator who can assist with increasing internal and external engagement by driving our employer brand strategy and marketing efforts. 

In partnership with our Employee Experience team, the ideal candidate will support all aspects of our social media platforms, online and print media, and internal communications. We’re looking for a self-starter with unparalleled storytelling skills, who has a deep understanding of digital marketing and social media strategies and excels at leveraging data to drive decisions. This role will also play a key role in supporting company events. 

What you'll do

  • Collaborate with our People team to ensure consistent messaging and branding across internal and external channels 
  • Manage internal communication channels, including newsletters and announcements 
  • Assist with company event planning and execution, with a focus on enhancing employee engagement 
  • Take photos and videos for company events and initiatives 
  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across email, company website, and other platforms 
  • Create and oversee content for social media platforms 
  • Contribute to marketing plan development and creation of marketing materials 
  • Monitor industry trends to enhance employer branding effectiveness 
  • Assist in value-added special projects across various People Team functions 

What you'll need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field 
  • 1+ years of relevant marketing and branding experience 
  • Proficiency in graphic design, photography, videography, and video editing
  • Experience with website design 
  • Expertise in current social media platforms and trends 
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Canva, and Adobe InDesign 
  • Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail 
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet quick deadlines 
  • Passion for content creation and storytelling 
  • Proven teamwork and collaboration skills 
  • Commitment to maintaining office confidentiality
