Job Description:
What You'll Do

  • Is responsible for enabling business partners across the enterprise, including the Program Owners, to initiate change requests for all GRC (Governance Risk and Controls) Products in a consistent and timely manner. They will further track the change, perform in-depth impact analysis with appropriate stakeholders, and ensure that the system and/or process change requests for their GRC Products flow smoothly through the change process, based on the criticality of each change request. This role will also create, maintain change reporting to track the progress, efficiency, and benefits of the change framework and identify to further enhance the process and framework.
  • Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.


How You'll Do It

  • Run problem solving sessions to resolve blockers to effective change management.
  • Supporting the Change Management Toolkit team to drive continuous improvement and transparency to end users
  • Monitor the implementation of the Change Management Framework.
  • Shepherding key initiatives through the Change Management process.
  • Running forums for change process owners and users to introduce updates, collect feedback, and share best practices.
  • Determining the proper level of change management for a given project and helping end users navigate the process.
  • Maintaining Office Hours to answer questions.


Qualifications You'll Need
The Basics

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration or Management, Finance, Information Technology, Engineering, Arts or related
  • 8+ years of Operations Management, Process Management, Technology, Lean/Six Sigma, Operations, Risk Management or related
  • In lieu of Education, 10+ years of Operations Management, Process Management, Technology, Lean/Six Sigma, Operations, Risk Management or related

Compensation:
The base pay for this position generally ranges between $88,500.00 to $149,300.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
