Reporting to the Innovation Director, the Disruptive Innovation Project Manager owns the processes supporting the North America region's ambitious Innovation agenda. The scope of process ownership covers establishing & rolling out best-in-class commercialization processes, project management of complex disruptive innovation projects, and reporting on pipeline sufficiency. This role will play a critical role in driving on-time innovation launches, prioritized resource allocation and ingrain a culture of continuous process improvements.
RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Commercialization Process : Outline McCain' commercialization process and ways of working rooted in best-in-class practices. Once documented, drive adoption of tools, templates and behaviors across functions & levels of organization.
  • Project Manager for disruptive innovation projects : manage project schedules while prioritizing critical path, lead recurring cross-functional project team meetings, pivot to changes in project risk/scope & elevate roadblocks.
  • Report pipeline sufficiency : ensure projects are captured accurately, report on pipeline health and objectively recommend corrective actions to meet sufficiency expectations


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Prior experience with driving change management of complex processes at scale
  • Deep project management expertise in commercializing ambiguous & complex innovation projects in CPG industry, preferably Food and Beverage
  • Proven ability to hold others accountable to project tasks & follow-ups
  • Comfortable with presenting to senior leaders & driving change management with large teams
  • Ability to diagnose existing processes, recommend improvements & rollout new processes
  • Strong written, verbal & presentation communication skills that flex across functions and at varying leadership levels
  • Proficient in MS Project, MS PowerPoint & MS Excel
