  • Collaborate closely with Marketing and Customer Success teams to align messaging and handoffs
  • Hit and exceed weekly/monthly targets for demos booked, leads qualified, and pipeline generated
  • Communicate with prospects across multiple channels—email, phone, and text—with confidence and consistency
  • Occasionally attend conferences and work the booth, interacting and aggressively drawing people into Kudoboard conversations (1-4 times/year)
  • Act as a brand ambassador for Kudoboard, delivering a world-class first impression to potential customers

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Consistently hits or exceeds outreach and pipeline targets
  • Fluent in Salesforce and experienced with sales tools like Salesloft, ZoomInfo, Chorus, and Sales Navigator
  • Excellent communicator with sharp writing and confident verbal skills
  • Has grit and operates with full ownership and accountability—no task too small, no lead left behind
  • Hyper-organized, self-motivated, and fast-moving—gets excited managing dozens of leads without dropping the ball
  • Obsessed with performance data and hitting targets; you track what matters and use insights to optimize your workflow
  • Comfortable sending emails, making calls, and texting prospects all day long
  • Driven by goals, financial upside, and the opportunity to move quickly into a closing or strategic role
  • Thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments; moves forward even when the path isn’t perfectly clear
  • Growth mindset: You’re curious, coachable, and unafraid to fail forward
  • Love for people and technology with a positive mindset
  • Bonus: Experience selling into HR or Marketing decision-makers
