We are seeking a talented and driven Salesforce Architect to join our growing team. This individual will serve as the technical lead and subject matter expert for Salesforce, leveraging their expertise to design, implement, and maintain solutions that enable our sales, marketing, and customer success teams to operate efficiently. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, highly analytical, and passionate about optimizing systems to drive business results.

What a day in the life looks like:

  • Design and implement scalable Salesforce architecture that aligns with business goals and objectives.

  • Develop and maintain a strategic roadmap for Salesforce enhancements, integrations, and upgrades.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure Salesforce aligns with the organization’s long-term vision and growth.

  • Engage Salesforce admins & developers to support sales, marketing, and customer success teams, including workflows, process builders, validation rules, and custom objects; ability to configure a plus but not required.

  • Oversee the integration of Salesforce with other business systems, such as ERP/NetSuite, marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo), and third-party applications like Outreach and ZoomInfo.

  • Maintain data integrity and security by implementing governance policies, managing data imports/exports, and conducting regular audits.

  • In collaboration with the SFDC team, troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system performance, workflows, and integrations; Lead efforts to test, document, and deploy system updates and new features.

  • Provide end-user training and support to maximize adoption and proficiency across teams.

  • Lead Salesforce-related projects, including gathering requirements, designing solutions, managing timelines, and ensuring successful implementation.

  • This is a remote-based role within the U.S. Working pattern is Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week.

What you bring to the team:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.

  • 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, Architect, or Analyst, with a proven track record of designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions.

  • Salesforce Administrator and Advanced Administrator certifications are required; additional certifications (e.g., Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Architect) are strongly preferred.

  • Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, including custom objects, workflows, process automation, and Lightning components.

  • Experience with Salesforce integrations, API development, and middleware tools like MuleSoft, Zapier, or Boomi.

  • Strong knowledge of SQL, SOQL, and data management best practices.

  • Understanding of sales, marketing, and customer success processes, with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.

  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
