The role will provide security design, project management and technical system support expertise to support a variety of electronic security system construction projects and sites across the company. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of security system infrastructure and applications and be responsible for following standards and guidelines, coordinating with internal stakeholders, and managing work independently.
What You'll Bring:

  • 7+ years of experience in the following: Access Control, Intrusion Detection, Networked security video, Key Management, Intercoms, Global Security System Software, Emergency Notification Systems, Visitor Management systems, and security operational understanding
  • Bachelor's degree in a related technical field, and/or equivalent technical certificates and working experience combination
  • Experience with physical security applications in corporate offices, datacenters, and satellite offices spread over a global footprint
  • Ability to interpret building plans, network, and electrical designs
  • Strong understanding of Information Technology Systems IT infrastructure, communication protocols, network architecture and on-prem and cloud applications management
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of staff and management


Impact You'll Make:

  • Collaborates with other design leads, project managers, system admins, and internal stakeholders to prioritize and projects.
  • Aides in development of and maintains written standards that document global security requirements for the assigned projects.
  • Conducts location specific technical security audits and assessments to validate current state security equipment and security equipment designs to establish compliance with company security policies and standards.
  • Coordinates with various departments, business units and stakeholders to plan, design and coordinate security system installation according to the company standards.
  • Prepares security designs and technical specifications (scopes of work) for vendors and ensures compliance with the company standards.
  • Coordinates with Procurement for submitting scopes of work and reviewing bids from vendors and reviews contractor's quotations and reports deficiencies.
  • Tracks internal approvals and monitors for delays and remove barriers in the approval process.
  • Project coordination and project management support provided to ensure successful delivery of completed security system in line with project schedule.
  • Works closely with internal technical teams (networking, systems admin, IT, etc.) to align dependencies on IT systems.
  • Developing and completing preventive maintenance checklists.


This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
