We are looking for an experienced Lead Product Manager to join our startup. You will be responsible for driving the product vision, strategy, and execution, ensuring timely product launches. For example, you will prioritize features based on customer feedback and work closely with development teams to resolve issues quickly. Your role will bridge the gap between customers, development, and sales teams, ensuring smooth product development and launch. Company equity potentially available.
- Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Lead the product development lifecycle from ideation through launch.
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to create detailed product requirements and specifications. Create internal collateral to ensure the entire team is well-informed.
- Act as the voice of customers to the product and development teams, maintaining clear internal product documentation and a product roadmap.
- Set up systems for gathering user and partner feedback, ensuring clear communication with development teams.
- Equip sales and marketing teams with the knowledge and tools to effectively sell the product.
- Act as a product expert on client calls and emails when needed.
- Develop metrics to evaluate product success in the market and build dashboards for reporting.
- Collaborate with external development partners to ensure product alignment with business goals and technology standards.
- You must be enthusiastic about embracing the challenges and rewards of being in a startup environment.
- Proficiency in object-oriented programming, JavaScript, and responsive web development.
- Knowledge of industry trends and competitor analysis, particularly in web3 and digital collectibles.
- Building custom, innovative sites, applications, and services for web and mobile in accordance with established success criteria.
- Providing support for, and maintaining existing applications and websites, while identifying ways to improve.
- Creating high-quality, well-designed, efficient, and testable code in accordance with current industry standards and company best practices.
- Defining company procedures and best practices for code testing, review, and QA.
- Monitoring website performance with a special focus on usability, resolving inefficiencies, and optimizing applications for speed and scalability.
- Proficiency in Figma for creating and managing product designs and prototypes.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira.
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with data analysis tools such as Google Analytics
- Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with user testing and A/B testing tools.
- Proficiency with wireframing and mockup tools such as Figma.
