The Senior RFP and Legal Specialist will oversee the RFP process and provide support for legal agreements, combining expertise in RFP management and legal frameworks to ensure successful proposal submissions and protect the company's interests.
Key Responsibilities:
RFP Management:

  • Oversee the preparation, review, and submission of RFP responses, continuously improving the process.
  • Provide accurate responses to RFPs, RFIs, and Due Diligence Questionnaires.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and align proposal information.
  • Maintain and organize a repository of RFP documents, templates, and responses for future use.


Legal Support:

  • Review and analyze contracts, agreements, and legal documents to identify risks and ensure compliance.
  • Assist in negotiating legal terms with clients and vendors.
  • Ensure product definitions and deliverables are clearly outlined in agreements.
  • Partner with legal counsel to address complex legal issues.


Research and Compliance:

  • Stay informed on industry regulations and best practices related to RFP and legal activities.
  • Conduct research to support RFP responses and legal queries.
  • Maintain thorough documentation for RFP and legal activities.


Communication:

  • Act as a liaison between departments involved in RFP and legal matters.
  • Collaborate with sales and relationship management teams to complete required documentation.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • At least 5 years of experience in RFP management, legal support, or a similar field.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce preferred.


Target Cash Compensation: $92,525.00 - $157,275.00
