Summary:
The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for sourcing, assessing, selecting and partnering with the Sales organization to hire talent at all levels. The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for executing effective recruiting strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified talent for DFIN. They will use innovative sourcing techniques and creative awareness around DFIN's employer brand to build a pipeline of talent for immediate and future talent needs.
Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies that deliver high caliber and diverse talent for current and future needs.
  • Proactively source and build relationships with industry professionals to create pipeline for opportunistic hires within the Sales organization.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job profile and qualifications to ensure accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
  • Understand sales compensation plans to effectively communicate candidate expectations on compensation.
  • Conduct exploratory screens with potential candidates to assess relevant knowledge, skills, and experience.
  • Assist with the interview process, attending and conducting interview debriefs with hiring managers and hiring teams.
  • Collaborate with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying start dates, and other pertinent details.
  • Provide a consistent and positive hiring manager and candidate experience.
  • Promote DFIN's employer brand.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
  • Attend and participate in virtual job fairs and networking events.
  • Partner with affinity organizations to promote DFIN as an employer of choice and build diverse talent pipelines.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of full life cycle recruiting experience.
  • Proven ability to partner with Sales teams to achieve staffing goals.
  • Experience implementing creative sourcing techniques to engage passive candidates.
  • Proven ability to build networks and proactive pipeline of candidates for future roles.
  • Strong problem solving by proactively driving results and being solution-oriented.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics.
  • Proven organization skills with ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple tasks in an environment with competing demands.
  • Experience collaborating successfully with hiring managers to create job descriptions, interview process, and interview assessment.
  • Experience recruiting for a variety of roles and levels.
  • Experience establishing partnerships with cross-functional teams (Sales, HR, Compensation, etc.)
