Sr Manager, Brand Growth at a glance...
Reporting into Brand Growth System (BGS) Director, this role is within the Global Marketing Excellence team and will help lead the internal training and engagement plans for the new KHC Brand Growth System and marketing capabilities more broadly. This role will work with teams across all zones and markets to embed best in class capabilities across our marketing community.
This is a hybrid role that can be based either in Chicago (AON) or Toronto (Queen's Quay Terminal).
What's on the menu?

  • Create and implement an engagement plan for BGS (Brand Growth System) to create awareness and excitement that truly engages the full organization, with more focus on marketing.
  • Seek inspirational cases to motivate marketers independently of agency assistance.
  • Co-lead the development of trainings on BGS that will tackle different learning audiences, with focus on marketing.
  • Work hand in hand with capabilities team in different zones, global L&D teams, marketers, internal communication and learning agencies.

  • I feel confident starting with a blank slate and navigating a constantly evolving system
  • I am a curious, courageous, collaborative and strategic leader passionate about the power of marketing, communications & consumer experience to impact strategic direction of business
  • I have experience launching a large-scale marketing capability model or playbook preferred
  • I have excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to create compelling narratives.
  • I model resiliency in a dynamic, fast paced work environment where ideas and opportunities happen fast and require flexibility requiring simultaneous project management and "never settle" demeanor
  • I have strong communication, influence and relationship building skills with comfort presenting & get consensus from key collaborators
  • I have the ability to drive the agenda in ambiguous situations where path needs to be built
  • I have the ability to flex my schedule periodically to support global needs (different time zones)
