About the position  

Keyfactor is seeking a Sr. Solutions Architect who will be responsible for the Global System Integrator Partner Community.  This individual will support a cross-functional team that works with GSI and the Technical Partner ecosystem.  

Reporting to the VP of Business Development for GSI, you will work across the channel team and SE organization to help assess, enable, and support the technical needs of the Keyfactor GSI Partner Community.  If you’re a team player that understands how to translate technical requirements and partner questions to business value, you’ve found a home.   

This is a rare opportunity to join a fast-growing company in an expanding market and requires a strong balance of technical acumen, operational efficiency, and relationship skills.   

Responsibilities  

  • Serve as the technical bridge between Keyfactor product teams and GSI partners, deeply understanding our product platforms and effectively communicating our value proposition to solution and technology alliance partners 
  • Design and implement comprehensive GSI technical enablement programs, including methodology frameworks for solution development and integration patterns 
  • Architect reference solutions that demonstrate how Keyfactor products can be integrated with different vertical-specific technologies to address customer needs 
  • Develop technical briefs and solution guides targeted at technical stakeholders within GSI organizations 
  • Provide expert product demonstrations (and use case simulations) to enhance GSI systems engineers' (business stakeholders) knowledge of Keyfactor solutions 
  • Guide GSI partners in establishing effective "Centers of Excellence" with product demos and integrated solution capabilities 
  • Coach GSI implementation teams on Keyfactor product deployment, from scope creation through delivery and managed services, collaborating closely with Partner Services Support 
  • Identify complementary technology partners whose solutions can be combined with Keyfactor to create comprehensive offerings delivered by GSI partners 
  • Collaborate with Keyfactor Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Channel teams to support GSI partner opportunities 
  • Provide strategic input to channel leadership for developing GSI-specific training programs and enablement resources 
  • Gather feedback from GSI technical teams to inform product enhancements that improve integration capabilities and address market needs 

 Skills and Qualifications 

  • 7+ years of experience in technical solution development, systems integration, and partner enablement 
  • Proven track record designing and implementing technical enablement programs for enterprise solutions 
  • Deep understanding of PKI and certificate management technologies, with ability to architect integrated solutions 
  • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity ecosystem and how Keyfactor solutions complement broader security frameworks 
  • Experience developing solution architectures that address different vertical market requirements 
  • Excellent technical communication skills, with ability to translate complex security concepts into clear business outcomes for GSI partners and their customers 
  • Background in creating technical documentation, solution briefs, and reference architectures for technical audiences 
  • Demonstrated success working cross-functionally with product, sales, and partner teams 
  • Strong project management capabilities to coordinate multiple GSI enablement initiatives simultaneously
