The Opportunity

As Superhuman grows its enterprise offering, the role of Brand Creative has become increasingly important. The way we show up must shift to meet the needs of our upmarket audience, and design is central to how we communicate the value of our platform to these more discerning buyers.

As a Staff Designer on the Brand Creative team, you will serve as the craft lead for this business-critical function. You will own the design of physical and digital experiences—from event environments and print collateral, to sales decks and one-pagers—ensuring every piece of marketing reflects our brand at its best. You bring deep expertise in print production, editorial layout, and visual storytelling, and you understand how to translate complex product capabilities into artifacts that resonate with an enterprise audience.

This is a highly autonomous role that requires cross-functional collaboration with Marketing (Content, Event, Product), Sales, and Executive stakeholders. You will play a key role in defining our upmarket brand, raising the standard of design craft, mentoring talent, and helping the team move fast without sacrificing quality.

In this role, you will:

  • Own and deliver high-impact visual design across enterprise marketing from personalized account-based assets to broad integrated campaigns.

  • Design for digital and in-person contexts, including experiential environments with branded event materials, applying best practices in print and print production.

  • Produce polished sales one-pagers and enterprise collateral with strong editorial layout, hierarchy, and typographic rigor suited to information-dense formats.

  • Build and refine executive-quality slide decks in close collaboration with leadership, visualizing product capabilities and abstract concepts through Ui, illustration, and graphics.

  • Act as a craft lead, shaping the creative direction for enterprise marketing and setting a high bar for quality and consistency.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Brand, and Executives to develop highly strategic solutions that are audience-first, product-focused, and conversion-oriented.

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing speed and quality in a fast-moving, high-output environment.

  • Mentor and support other designers, providing guidance and feedback to raise the overall quality of output.

Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in brand or visual design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating craft across print and digital (environmental is a plus!).

  • Proficiency in Figma (Design + Slides), Google (Docs + Slides), Adobe (InDesign + Illustrator + Acrobat) and emerging AI technologies.

  • Experience working with vendors and prepping files for production.

  • Expertise in editorial layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.

  • Experience designing and refining presentation decks, with the ability to visualize product flows and abstract concepts.

  • Proven ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders and executives, balancing business objectives with creative vision.

  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to influence partners and align diverse stakeholders.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work in fast-moving environments.

  • High level of craft and attention to detail.

  • Experience designing for enterprise or B2B audiences.
