WHY THIS ROLE IS VALUABLE
The Strategy & Operations team is responsible for facilitating strategic and business planning processes, delivering and managing a broad portfolio of strategic projects, providing regional and global transformation management services, ensuring operational quality and compliance, and continuously improving operational performance to meet the evolving needs of partners and stakeholders
Our Strategy and Operations intern is hired for a 10-week immersive experience. The intern will have the opportunity to meet and work with sustainability professionals from multiple portfolio companies. Upon conclusion of the summer program, they will have a broad understanding of the day-to-day responsibilities of the Strategy and Operations team and how we coordinate with both internal and external colleagues. Summer interns are immediately a part of our collaborative culture and build enduring relationships with their fellow interns, manager, and assigned mentor. Summer interns also have the opportunity to network with various professionals through organized social events. Finally, each summer intern will work with an assigned mentor to complete a project and present their findings with other interns to the executive leadership team.
This position can be based out of Revantage's headquarters in Chicago, IL or Dallas, TX.
Our 2025 summer internship program will begin June 2025 and last through August 2025. To be eligible, you must be a college student during the time of the internship program.
HOW YOU ADD VALUE

  • Strategic planning: Assist in strategic planning processes and the development of strategic plans, business cases, and roadmaps by conducting market research, analyzing industry trends, market dynamics, and customer needs
  • Operating model enhancements: Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and optimize resources across the platform by collecting, analyzing and synthesizing data, supporting process reviews, benchmarking, and performance analysis
  • Performance measurement: Manage data collection, verification, and report production for in-place offering performance measurement and monthly management reporting


WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE
Required:

  • Current junior undergraduate student at an accredited four-year institution (graduating 2026)
  • Pursuing Bachelor's degree with a concentration in an analytical field, where studies have focused on reasoning, questioning, and investigation
  • Minimum GPA of 3.2
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Word
  • Desire to learn the functions of a Strategy and Operations department and a strong ability to work in a team environment
  • Strong attention to detail, written and verbal communication skills, problem solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in Chicago or Dallas in a full-time capacity for 10 weeks, beginning in June of 2025
