The Talent Acquisition (TA) Specialist is a strategic, dynamic and results-driven recruitment expert with a deep passion for the financial services industry. The TA Specialist recognizes the crucial need for incoming employees to align with Strongpoint’s core values and is responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies that effectively fulfill business objectives in a fast-paced environment while enhancing the overall candidate experience. 

What you'll do:

  • Ownership over organization's recruitment function & hiring process for all new employees recruited externally and through acquisition
  • Design, execute, evaluate, and refine recruiting process for attracting, evaluating and hiring qualified candidates
  • Build and maintain a candidate pipeline with a focus on candidate and source diversity
  • Conduct meetings with qualified prospects to initiate the recruitment evaluation process; effectively present the results after meeting with candidates to help decide which candidates advance to the next phase of evaluation
  • Apply a disciplined operational lens to all Talent Acquisition practices and processes to ensure team is appropriately prioritizing and measuring efforts
  • Working with key stakeholders to enhance employer brand in the marketplace to aide direct recruitment and support the Company’s purpose.
  • Consult and collaborate with executive team members on how to manage changes and business transitions, including critical planning of organizational design and development and process improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate with and actively listen to with management within each functional area to define talent needs and assist executive management in structuring solutions (e.g., roles and responsibility clarification, competency development, specific workforce development/planning, restructuring, etc.) to ensure practices align to drive the Company’s strategy and plans
  • Advise executives and various hiring managers at the corporate and local leadership levels on market-specific sourcing strategies, pipeline development, and interview through hiring/close phases
  • Lead the continuous improvement of Talent Acquisition KPIs
  • Responsible for oversight and management of peripheral staff including temps, outsourced employees, consultants and independent contractors
  • Prepare and administer recruitment/interview training materials for Hiring Managers 

Who you are:  

  • 5+ years in similar role leading talent acquisition efforts in a fast paced environment
  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Expertise in managing the entire recruitment process, from job posting and sourcing to interviewing and onboarding.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Proficiency with job boards, social media, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and passive candidate outreach.
  • Interviewing & Assessment: Skilled in behavioral and competency-based interviewing, as well as evaluating both technical and cultural fit.
  • Talent Pipeline Management: Ability to build and maintain talent pools for both current and future needs.
  • Employer Branding: Experience promoting Strongpoint’s value proposition to attract top talent.
  • Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI): Strong understanding of inclusive recruiting practices and ability to attract diverse candidates.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Ability to partner with senior leaders and hiring managers across partner organizations.  Ability to provide exceptional customer service with diplomacy and compassion.
  • ATS and HRIS Systems: Proficiency with systems – preferably Greenhouse for ATS.
  • HR Analytics: Ability to track and analyze KPIs (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire).
  • Microsoft Office Suite & Reporting Tools: Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills for reporting and presentations.
  • Strong Communication: Clear, professional, and persuasive verbal and written communication.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to resolve recruitment challenges creatively and efficiently.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a changing environment with evolving hiring needs.
  • Confidentiality: Strong sense of discretion and integrity when handling sensitive candidate and business information. 

Pay Transparency Statement:

At Strongpoint Partners, our salary ranges reflect the minimum and maximum base pay for the posted position applicable to all locations across the US. Within the posted salary range, individual pay is determined by the geographic location, job related skills, experience, education, and certifications. Our total compensation package of $95,000-115,000 including base pay plus a comprehensive benefits program.
