Advise and protect Tempus' IP portfolio by collaborating with R&D and product teams, evaluating inventions, conducting prior art searches, preparing and prosecuting patent and trademark applications domestically and internationally, managing external counsel, and guiding overall IP strategy and risk mitigation.

The Contract Manager will handle drafting, negotiation, execution, and management of contracts while collaborating with internal teams to meet business objectives and manage risks.
