Renters don't get the luxury of home inspections before to signing on the dotted line. So we decided to change that. 

The app walks users through the property and asks a series of questions about different aspects of the unit. Each answer is scored and used to determine the properties grade. 

Renters can also take photos to accompany each question and save that information to look at later when assessing their apartment choices.
