Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and experienced SaaS Implementation Team Lead to play a pivotal role in the success of our customer onboarding and adoption. You will lead a team of Onboarding Specialists in delivering efficient and joyful implementations of the ALIS platform. You will be responsible for ensuring our customers achieve maximum value and drive user engagement. The leader of this team will have the opportunity to get to know our amazing group of implementation specialists and our loving clients. We want to bring someone in to lead this team that exemplifies the company values. This role will be, at its core, about problem solving and facilitation. The onboarding team lead should not only embrace challenges, but seek them out.
Qualifications
Job Responsibilities:
● Team resource allocation and consistent / predictable assignment of work
● Lead the full-cycle implementation process for enterprise clients, from discovery
and planning to launch and post-launch support.
● Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring successful delivery
within scope and timeframe.
● Collaborate closely with clients to understand their unique needs and objectives,
and adapt the implementation strategy accordingly.
● Configure and customize the ALIS platform based on client requirements,
including data migrations and integrations.
● Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for clients to ensure user
adoption and proficiency.
● Manage and mentor the implementation team, fostering a collaborative and
high-performing environment.
● Lead 1:1s with team and meet regularly with other team leads/dept heads
● Identify and proactively address potential implementation challenges and risks,
developing effective solutions.
● Gather feedback from clients and analyze implementation data to continuously
improve processes and best practices.
● Stay up-to-date with the latest Assisted Living trends, technologies, and industry
best practices.
Preferred Experience:
● 3-5 years of experience of SaaS implementations in a fast-paced environment.
● Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and
within budget.
● Strong technical understanding of SaaS platforms and related technologies.
● Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
● Experience working with C-Suite level clients
● Experience working in a team environment and motivating others.
● Excellent project management and organizational skills.
● Obsessed with problem-solving and thinking critically/creatively.
● Detail-oriented and highly motivated with a strong work ethic.
Bonus Points:
● Experience with EHR platforms.
● Experience in a high-growth or startup environment.

We offer in-office, hybrid, and remote work arrangement. Availability of each is based off of type of position and performance milestones. Most positions start in person for 90 days and then can qualify to be eligible for alternative arrangements.
