We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Director, People Operations & Insights to lead and innovate within our People team. This role is pivotal in driving HR operational excellence, leveraging data to inform strategic decisions, and enhancing the employee experience across the organization. The successful candidate will manage a team dedicated to optimizing people operations processes and providing actionable insights through advanced analytics. This role will report into the Head of People.
How You'll Make an Impact
Leadership & Team Management:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of HR professionals focused on people operations, change management, insights, and analytics.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.
  • Ensure alignment of team objectives with People Team priorities and organizational strategy.


People Operations:

  • Oversee and continuously improve end-to-end HR processes, including onboarding, offboarding, data changes, managing internal ticketing system, exit/stay data, employee records management, EEO reporting and compliance, immigration, unemployment, policy changes, etc.
  • Ensure operational efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Liaise between COEs, HRBPs and Global People Tech team on Workday enhancements and other technology solutions to streamline and automate processes.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of People Operations and HR services.


People Insights & Analytics:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive people analytics strategy to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Lead the analysis of HR and talent data to uncover trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Design and deliver regular reports and dashboards to HR leadership and other stakeholders.
  • Utilize predictive analytics to forecast workforce trends and inform strategic planning.


Strategic Partnership:

  • Collaborate with HRBPs, COEs, and cross-functional partners to identify key business challenges and opportunities.
  • Provide thought leadership and recommendations based on data insights to influence talent and organizational strategy.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on matters related to people operations and analytics.


Change Management:

  • Drive change management initiatives to ensure smooth implementation of new processes and systems.
  • Communicate changes effectively across the organization to ensure alignment and buy-in.


What You Bring to the Table:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of proven and progressive experience in people/HR operations, people analytics, HR management, or a related field, with 5+ years of experience in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Strong familiarity with HCM tools - Workday experience is required.
  • Proven experience in managing and developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in HR analytics tools and technologies (e.g., HRIS, BI tools, SQL, Tableau).
  • Demonstrated ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Ability to navigate global, matrixed organizations and identify solutions for local markets
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong understanding of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Works well autonomously and has the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
