Atlassians can choose where they work - whether in an office, from home, or a combination of the two. That way, Atlassians have more control over supporting their family, personal goals, and other priorities. We can hire people in any country where we have a legal entity. Interviews and onboarding are conducted virtually, a part of being a distributed-first company.

As Head of Flywheel for Cloud Finance, you will partner closely with our business leaders and data science counterparts to grow our self-serve business and turn data into insights that power profitable cloud revenue growth. You will predict the financial future of our business, craft compelling narratives that drive action, and promote alignment across teams.
You love having a variety of work on hand, spanning detailed forecast models to powerful storytelling. You gain energy from partnering with others throughout the company to gain an accurate picture of business, identifying and mitigating risks and capitalising on the opportunities ahead. You have an eye for process improvement and will act to be the change you seek.
If this excites you, we invite you to explore joining the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Cloud Topline team, where you will report to the Head of Cloud Products on the Topline team as an individual contributor. This is a remote role, however, to help our teams work together at speed, you will be located on the West Coast of the United States.

  • Strong financial modeling skills and an understanding of business metrics
  • Demonstrated experience drawing upon insights to tell a compelling story using data
  • Experience engaging and providing financial support to senior business partners
  • A curiosity to learn and the initiative to act

  • Experience with self-serve/flywheel business models
